Passport not documented

Travel documents issued in this territory form a class of their own, distinct from the sovereign's ordinary passport: third countries treat them separately, and a passport issued here can require a visa where the metropolitan passport does not. We therefore publish no destination list until the policy applying to this document class is documented source by source.
