Yes. For a tourist stay of no more than 90 days within any 180-day period, Jamaican citizens must obtain a uniform Type C Schengen visa before departure. Poland must be your main destination, or your first point of entry into the Schengen area, for it to process your application.

Gather a passport valid for at least three months beyond your planned exit date, travel medical insurance of at least €30,000, proof of accommodation, an itinerary, evidence of means of subsistence and a return flight reservation.
