A passport from Mauritius does not allow you to board for the United Kingdom without prior permission: you need an ETA, the electronic travel authorisation issued by the British authorities. Have your passport ready: you will need to photograph its identity page, then take or upload a photo of your face. Next, answer the eligibility questions and pay the fee.
